By accessing and using Digital Stack Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. We offer four membership tiers: Basic, Pro, Business, and Lifetime.
2.2. All subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.
2.3. Automatic renewal is enabled for monthly and quarterly plans unless cancelled before renewal date.
2.4. Lifetime access is valid for the lifetime of Digital Stack Hub service.
3.1. All digital resources are licensed for personal or commercial use.
3.2. Resources cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared with non-members.
3.3. You may modify resources for your own projects.
3.4. Attribution is not required but appreciated.
4.1. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms.
4.2. Resource sharing, abuse, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination without refund.
4.3. You may cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard.
5.1. We accept multiple African currencies (₦ Naira, R Rand, ₵ Cedi, RF Franc) and USD.
5.2. All payments are processed securely via Paystack and Flutterwave.
5.3. Currency conversion rates are updated regularly based on market rates.
5.4. You are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees.
6.1. Pro, Business, and Lifetime members may request resources.
6.2. We attempt to fulfill requests but cannot guarantee availability.
6.3. Requested resources become part of our library and accessible to all eligible members.
7.1. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our resources.
7.2. Resources are provided "as is" without warranties.
7.3. We are not responsible for business losses or data loss.
8.1. We may update these terms at any time.
8.2. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8.3. Major changes will be notified via email.
